Altering the db killer and associated safety welds/screws violates product compliance and makes it illegal for road use. Is there a removable GPR catalyst? Yes, it comes with a catalytic converter that meets inspection limits. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as track-only, without a bag, flashlight, or number plate holder or other parts that could interfere with the altered gas angle due to the transformation to racing version. GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair. FURORE-X scooter, made of 304 stainless steel with ceramic coating for high temperatures, oval shape diameter 90x120mm. Connecting tube: The connecting tube in 304 stainless steel is provided with rings and a matching set of brackets. The complete GPR fits directly onto the original collector without any structural modifications. Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations. WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalytic converter is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to perform the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the approval code.
