Each spring is cold wound and then heat treated.
The springs are preset and ground to length before being polished for optimal performance
All springs are laser engraved with their rating at the end and made according to DIN2095 grade 1 standards
All springs go through the following stages: cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, ground ends, polishing to reduce friction and enhance performance, part number engraved at the end
