Altering the db killer and associated security welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike strictly on the track, without saddlebags, flashlights, or number plate holders or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to a racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
FURORE Silencer series in Silver, made with a black aluminium body and Avional end caps obtained through CNC machining, painted with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120mm.
Connection and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connection and/or half-collector and the corresponding kit of brackets and accessories, allowing installation without structural modifications.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits; using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
