No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle only on the track, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or any other parts that might interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only permitted for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is noise approved; the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug-and-play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
