No structural modification of the motorbike is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes full responsibility for using the motorbike as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the altered exhaust angle due to the change to race version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Altering the welds on db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the event of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
