Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on track only, without saddlebag, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the changed gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.

Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with regulations regarding public road traffic
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email
