Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the bike is needed for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not only illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a race version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.

Are db killers removable? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with traffic regulations on public roads.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with the traffic regulations on the road network and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If problems arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
