No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without a plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to racing version.
GPR cannot supply a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and for the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as mounting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
