Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to [email protected]. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is NOT only illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without panniers, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering db killer welds or anti-tamper bolts or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must verify beforehand whether the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions, each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected].
