Yes. Is the db killer removable? Altering the db killer and the associated welds/safety bolts violates the compliance of the product, making it illegal for road use. Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No. No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repairs.
