No, in some countries this will make the bike illegal for road use. It may also require other ECU adjustments to protect the engine and ensure optimal performance. It is the owners' responsibility.
For installation, no structural modifications are necessary. GPR recommends reading the instructions or the GPR channel on Youtube.

As a racing exhaust, there is no removable DB Killer (noise limiter), most of the time it is possible to buy as spare parts, not using the DB Killer is ILLEGAL and the customer assumes responsibility if using the bike solely on the track, without saddlebags, without indicators, number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.

GPR does not provide a new silencer, but repairs the original silencer. The customer must agree to reattach the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
