No, in some countries, this will make the bike illegal for road use. It may also require other ECU adjustments to protect the engine and ensure optimal operation. This is the responsibility of the owners.

As a racing exhaust, there is no removable DB Killer (noise limiter), most of the time it is possible to buy as spare parts, not using the DB Killer is ILLEGAL and the customer assumes responsibility if they use the bike as on the tracks only, without bags, without indicators, license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version.

GPR does not supply a new silencer, but repairs the original silencer. The customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.
