No, in some countries this will make the bike illegal for road use. It may also require further ECU adjustments to protect the engine and ensure optimal performance. It's the owner's responsibility
For installation, no structural modifications are needed. GPR recommends reading the instructions or the GPR channel on Youtube.

As a racing exhaust, there is no removable DB Killer (noise limiter), most of the time it can be bought as spare parts, not using the DB Killer is ILLEGAL and the customer assumes responsibility if they use the bike on tracks only, without saddlebags, without indicators, number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.

GPR does not provide a new silencer but repairs the original silencer. The customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard repair time.
