Altering the db killer and the associated security welds/screws violates the conformance of the product and makes it illegal for on-road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to [email protected], The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a saddlebag, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for standard repair time.

Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on road does not comply with traffic regulations on public road networks.

You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided along with the mounting instructions, each silencer bears the approval code.
