No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to a racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tamper-proof screws or removing the fixings is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with the mounting instructions; each silencer has the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected].
