Is the db killer removable? Altering the db killer and the associated security welds/bolts violates product compliance and makes it illegal for road use. Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No. Note: It also fits on two cams. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, with no luggage, no flashlight, and no number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to race version. GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
