Changing the db killer and the associated security welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to [email protected]. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not in compliance with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer has the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected]
