Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to [email protected], The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebag, flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is required in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to perform the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code.
