No, in some countries this will render the motorcycle illegal for road use. It may also require other ECU adjustments to protect the engine and ensure optimal operation. It is the owners' responsibility.

As a racing exhaust, there is no removable DB Killer (noise restrictor), most of the time it is possible to buy as spare parts, not using the DB Killer is ILLEGAL and the customer assumes the responsibility if using the motorcycle only on tracks, without saddlebags, without turn signals, number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version.

GPR does not provide a new silencer but repairs the original silencer. The customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair turnaround time.
