Is the product approved/homologated? Yes. Is the db killer removable? Altering the db killer and the associated security welds/bits violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use. Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No. Note: 2 in 1 left side position. No structural modifications of the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on youtube. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is NOT ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to racing version. GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair. Series of FURORE NERO silencers, made with a black aluminium body and Avional caps obtained through CNC machining, painted with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120mm. Slip-on system, with approved silencer for noise and half collector for racing use that eliminates the original catalyst. Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the mounting instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code.
