Modifying the db killer and the associated safety welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle only on the track, without bags, torches, and number plate mounts or any other parts that would interfere with the altered gas angle due to the conversion to track version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of any issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
