GPR exhaust compatible with Yamaha MT-09 Tracer 900 2015-2016, Furore-X Stainless Steel, Homologated and legal, complete exhaust system, with removable db killer. Is the product approved/homologated? Yes. Is the db killer removable? Alteration of the db killer and the associated security welds/screws violates product compliance and makes it illegal for road use. Is there a removable GPR catalyst? No. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as track-only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair. Series of FURORE NERO silencers, made with a black aluminium body and Avional caps obtained through CNC machining, painted with a ceramic treatment for high temperatures, elliptical shape 90x120mm. Collector: The specific collector is supplied, including flanges, rings, and the related support kit; the complete GPR mounts directly onto the cylinders without structural modifications, after installation, it may be necessary to remap the control unit. Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-theft screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations. WARNING: this item is homologated for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection. You can use the kit for the official annual inspection. Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations. The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the assembly instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code.
