Modifying the db killer and related safety welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for on-road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate coupon stamped by the installation workshop by email to [email protected]. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only on the track, without bags, without flashlight and without license plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Connecting and mounting accessories: this kit includes the specific connector and/or the half-collector and the corresponding kit of brackets and accessories, which allow installation without structural modifications.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations
WARNING: this item is homologated for noise; the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. If any problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected].
