Is there a removable GPR catalyst?
No
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriately stamped coupon from the installation workshop via email to [email protected]. The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation to racing version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer to replace the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits; using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalytic converter is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected].
