Modifying the db killer and the associated safety welds/screws violates the product's compliance and makes it illegal for road use.
Is there a removable GPR catalytic converter?
No
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package and on YouTube.
For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email to [email protected]. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use on the track; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight and registration plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas due to the conversion to race version.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard repair time.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise; the customer must check beforehand whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalytic converter is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of problems during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email [email protected].
