- Twin Air brings proven competition technology to consumers with the new Decibel Reducer (DR) foam . With the FIM setting the noise limit to 109dB, manufacturers have had to adapt their engines to comply. Twin Air has also explored solutions to achieve this goal while maintaining performance.
- During the 2025 MXGP season, the noise control was already set at 109dB. By working closely with factory teams, Twin Air developed a solution to reduce intake noise. By leveraging their extensive range of foams and expertise, Twin Air created a new type of foam specifically designed to dampen intake noise without compromising airflow or performance.
- Twin Air now offers all types of filters in this material. Just add "DR" to the end of the Twin Air part number.
