- Each spring is cold wound and then heat treated.
- The springs are preset and ground to length before being polished for optimal performance
- All springs are laser engraved with their rating at the end and made according to DIN2095 grade 1 standards
- All springs go through the following stages: cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, ground ends, polishing to reduce friction and enhance performance, part number engraved at the end
